These patties are rich in antioxidants and proteins, making them a perfect addition to a quinoa or salad bowl. There is no salt added, since the miso paste adds enough savory flavors, but you can always adjust to taste.

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend diced purple yams, beans, nutritional yeast, flax meal, miso paste, rosemary, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth. 

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add chickpea flour.

  3. Use a spatula to mix the flour into the paste until fully incorporated.

  4. Scoop and shape the mixture into patties using a spoon, then place them on parchment paper. 

  5. Air fry patties at 180°C/360°F for 10 minutes on each side.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
