Instructions

Blend the base:

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine frozen bananas, mint leaves, spinach, protein powder, and soy milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add chocolate chips:

  1. Fold in chocolate chips gently or pulse a few times to mix them evenly.
  2. Freeze for firmness:

Transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.

Serve:

  1. Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with extra mint leaves or chocolate chips.

Note

  1. To avoid adding any sweeteners, use very ripe bananas.
  2. If not, adjust sweetness by adding a little maple syrup or agave if needed.
  3. For extra minty flavor, increase the amount of fresh mint.
  4. Spinach adds color and nutrients without overpowering the mint flavor.
